No. The whole installation is done without drilling into walls or changing the electrical wiring. A technician does everything in a single visit, usually in under 3 hours.
I live in a rented apartment, can I still install it? ▾
Yes. The equipment is designed to be removed without leaving marks, which makes it one of the most popular options for rented homes.
How long until everything is up and running? ▾
You'll leave home with the first routines active on installation day itself — lights and blinds are usually the first to go automatic.

Future Living checks the door's status and locks it automatically once it detects you've left, alerting you immediately on your phone.
